• Displaying real-time notifications about incoming messages inside the panel in the form of thumbnails. Upon clicking on the snippet, you switch to the chat with the subscriber. Notifications are always shown unless you close the chat window or switch to the chat section of the project that sent the message notification. A maximum of 3 notifications are displayed at a time, other notifications are put in the waiting mode until the previous ones get closed.   • Messages on the dialogue page come from incognito modes and are displayed in the panel in incognito mode.
