Added:

  • saved filters (segmentation) for contact filtering in your database. Now, you can save a set of filters and select contact segments by a specific set of options. You can add new and remove unused filters from a saved segment;

There are no restrictions on the output of chats in other chat tabs;

  • a variable name size validation with the 50 character limit;
  • toast notifications about chats from the messenger are now displayed in their full format and in “deferred view” mode, just like they are for in-app chats. That is, after the user has logged out and logged in again, all unread messages will appear in toasts (according to the logic of notifications display, find more details in our knowledge base);
  • the project name has been added to the text of notifications;
  • an option to filter clients by ID and email address.

Changed:

  • the order of messages displayed from different channels in the operator’s chat: now messages are displayed in chronological order, regardless of the channel;
  • a message notification isn’t shown when the chat page with this subscriber is open.

Fixed:

  • issues with displaying chats and messages on mobile;
  • nuances with the audience page: endless scrolling after filtering, small bugs on mobile, team members can now also filter the list using the contact filter form;
  • a specific case with the extension of the pricing plan;
  • the number of projects for users in the admin panel (previously an inaccurate number was displayed);
  • referral links in the history of visits in sessions.
