Our team is our key value
A mix of exciting tasks, constant learning, and relaxation is our lifestyle. We are 100% passionate about creating an excellent international product!
How it all began
The 13Chats story began in 2019 at the key IT conference, Web Summit, in Lisbon. Alina Dykukha and Dima Shemendyuk were so inspired by messenger marketing that they gathered a team and started building a SaaS platform for marketers and sales managers from scratch. The general idea of the product and layouts were ready for the trip, so we placed our stand in the Alpha sector of the conference.

The presentation was successful: the conference participants gave positive feedback, 70 people subscribed to the 13Chats chatbot, we held dozens of demos, and we still maintain partnerships with some of those contacts!

How we work...
Distributed team communication
We start every morning with a 10-15 minute call on Discord. Every two weeks, we hold a retrospective, and every six months — a big meeting based on the results of our strategy session. This is important for the to keep our team connected, help us with feedback, and gives an objective assessment of the project’s progress.
13Chats values
Our primary value is our interest in creating something new together with the same super-motivated team.We are flexible, ambitious, aiming to see results and draw conclusions quickly. We are actively introducing new technology and modern approaches to project management. We also participate in specialized conferences.
Corporate culture
The same vibe drives the 13Chats team: we undergo internal and external training, read and collect books in the corporate library, and attend conferences.Team development efforts pay off with hundreds of clients and a six-month backlog!
